Services

Water Heater Repair Fort Lauderdale provides water heater repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance services throughout Broward County, Florida. All work is performed by under experienced plumbers

Pricing and estimates

We provide free written estimates before performing any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if scope changes during service, but any scope changes will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards,. Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee.

Warranties

We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on installation work, in addition to manufacturer warranties on unit hardware. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or lack of required maintenance.

Service area

Our service area is Broward County, Florida. Service outside this area may be provided at our discretion with additional travel fees.

Cancellation policy

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a $95 dispatch fee to cover the technician's travel.

Liability

We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages beyond the direct repair or replacement cost.

Permits and code compliance

All installation work includes permits pulled through Broward County and compliance with current Florida plumbing codes. Unpermitted work is not available.
